Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Major corporation is seeking Customer Service Reps in the downtown area. Through a mix of real-time problem solving, process enactment, and cross-functional communication, Customer Service Reps hold the key to the success of each call solution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Quickly resolving problems for our customers, internal and external staff by phone
  • Acting as the primary resource for escalations issues tickets
  • Enter confidential information into tracking system
  • Helping our customers with level 1 troubleshooting of tablets and applications
  • Working closely with leadership to ensure individual and team goals are met
  • Improving day-to-day processes and best-practices
  • Assisting in clerical task, such as, filing, faxing and scanning

Job Requirements:

The perfect candidate is:

  • A customer success strategist: you have previous experience working in customer service, preferably in the call center environment answering high volume calls
  • Tech-savvy: you thrive using the latest web-based applications and equipment
  • An empathetic personality: you get it when customers have issues and want to solve their problem
  • A natural leader: you have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in different physical locations, and work best in this environment
  • Highly communicative: you can get your point across both interpersonally and asynchronously
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years + with minimum high school diploma/GED. Several years of college is a plus.

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
