Staffing Options

The candidate works at your organization while on Atlas’s payroll and does not transition to permanent employment with your organization though this is an option.
• Contract-to-Hire – A way for your organization to ensure candidates are the right fit prior to hiring. This is also the time for the candidate to prove themselves as a potential employee. The candidate works at the organization while on Atlas’s payroll until your organization decides to hire the candidate or terminate their employment in search of another candidate who better meets your needs. 
• Direct Hire – These are long-term, full-time positions. Atlas assists with recruiting candidates who will become direct, full-time employees of your organization.
